Vetrano, Esq. of Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman in King of Prussia, served as a course planner and speaker for the PA Bar Institute (PBI) on Premarital Agreements on June 6, 2017 at the PBI CLE Conference Center of the Wanamaker Building in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Ms. Vetrano’s program offered essential information for family lawyers and estate practitioner participants. An attorney’s obligation includes describing a premarital agreement to those considering a union and outlining what the law provides in the absence of that type of agreement when considering ending a union. These agreements are useful for both marriage or co-habitation and is recommended for many types of clients. The course presented on June 6 provided participants tips on how to advise and work with clients. The attendees also learned techniques for drafting to ensure the agreement is enforceable as well as other estate planning issues.
