Lindsay C. Hanifan Appointed as Montgomery Bar Association’s Next Officer to the Young Lawyers Section

Hanifan has recently been appointed as the next Officer of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. Ms. Hanifan will be starting this new role in early January 2015.
Part of the duties of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section involve not only planning social events throughout the year, but also organizing the region’s high school Mock Trial Competition, presenting educational programs geared towards young bar association members who are under the age of 35, as well as countless other community service opportunities.
While in law school, Ms. Hanifan pursued her legal career by working as a certified legal intern for Villanova University School of Law’s Civil Justice Clinic, an extern for the Governor’s office of General Counsel, and an extern for the Honorable Katherine B.L. Platt of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County. and found her place at Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC. Currently, her practice is focused on areas of divorce law such as spousal support, prenuptial agreements, property settlement agreements, and more.
