King of Prussia, PA—May 30, 2017 – Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman LLC is pleased to announce that two of its family attorneys in Main Line PA, Sarinia M. Feinman and Lindsay H. Childs, have been appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s (PBA) House of Delegates.
The PBA House of Delegates was formed in 1966, and is the body that sets the policy of the PBA. The House of Delegates votes on all matters regarding PBA policy and government, including amendments to the bylaws, election of officers, and membership dues and qualifications. The House also decides the official position of the PBA on pending legislation and proposed rules in Pennsylvania. At the most recent House of Delegates Meeting in Pittsburgh on May 12, 2017, Ms. Feinman and Ms. Childs took part in the votes on proposed Recommendations for the Pennsylvania General Assembly regarding numerous Senate and House Bills, including three that involve potential changes to the Pennsylvania Divorce Code. Ms. Feinman has been appointed to a three-year term in the House of Delegates, and Ms. Childs was appointed as this year’s representative of the Montgomery Bar Association.
Ms. Feinman is a partner with Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman and as a family attorney with the firm, she limits her practice to family law concerns, including custody relocation and children’s rights issues. Ms. Feinman is on the Board of Managers of the Montgomery County Youth Center and is the 2017 Co-Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association, Women in the Law Committee.
Ms. Childs is an associate at Vetrano | Vetrano & Feinman and focuses solely on family law issues, such as divorce, custody, and enforcement/modification of property settlement agreements. Ms. Childs is the Chair of the Young Lawyers Section of the Montgomery Bar Association and serves as the liaison between the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Young Lawyers Division.
