Sarinia M. Feinman, a Partner at Vetrano|Vetrano & Feinman LLC, Spoke at the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Family Law Section Winter Meeting on a Program Entitled “All in the Family – Taking Care of the Small and Family Business.”
Wayne, Pennsylvania – January 23 – Sarinia Feinman served as a speaker at the PA Bar Association Family Law Section Winter Meeting in Philadelphia on January 14th. Ms. Feinman spoke at a program, for which other attorneys received Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit entitled, “All in the Family – Taking Care of the Small and Family Business.” The program explored both normal and alternative methods of obtaining discovery in a case where the business owner does not want to provide the requested and necessary documents and information. Attendees learned that there are other options in the corporate setting that family lawyers should be aware of and should be exploring in these difficult cases. This is one of the many reasons that family lawyers need to be well-versed in other areas of the law, which Ms. Feinman ensures that she is by serving as a frequent course planner and lecturer/speaker on various issues in family law. Ms. Feinman is also a member of Council for the PA Bar Association Family Law Section as well as the Co-Chair of the Membership Committee.
